  I go today and a new young lady tells me my card has been expired since 2012. It's 2016. I knew I wasn't getting my discount! The problem is for 1year I've been going here. No employee said a word about it. How unprofessional is that? This stores customer service needs to be addressed. To add insult to injury I've dealt with the manager on many occasions pertaining to my receipt not reflexing my discount. She said it was because the word "net" was at the top of my receipt...
